Delete Your Ussembly Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Ussembly account and the data associated with it at any time.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

• Open Ussembly and go to Profile → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently removed.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email support@ussembly.com from the phone number or email associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (display name, photo, topics, and interests).
• Your connections, endorsements, and messages.
• Any projects you own and content you authored.
• The salted hash of your phone number used to identify your account.

What may be retained

• Limited records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, retained only as long as required by law and then deleted or de-identified.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you.
• Backups are purged on our regular backup-rotation cycle.
